A little client's job...
As usual with client " It's a rush "
I'll show how I managed to get thru in the least possible time possible. There are other ways to get the job done, this is what I've done this time
An order for 50 more came in after, I improved the procedure, unfortunately there was no time to make a video.... Sorry

Sincerely hope you enjoy this one, even if there is room for improvement.

Pierre,

Thanks for the video! I'm just a new hobby machinist and I like seeing the steps you use. This is one of those things you don't often read about or see, like, perform the first three steps on the lot, THEN turn them around and finish.

That looked just like work.  Very well organized work though.  Thanks for the video.

I wish I had a DRO on my old lathe --- I'd hate to have to do repetition on this scale these days, though in past have had to do it - much slower than you though. Glad it was Al and not a hard steel! Enjoyed the video thanks.

Why are you not using the stop screws on the saddle?
Keep up the good work and good humor.
Take good care of your hands. At our age, these infections can kill you.

That was an awful lot of work for each item.  I hope you figured your labor costs accurately :)

Is it worth it to do just a one off on a CNC lathe or not? Thank you
