Wow amazing. If I blew my wing up that bad, I'd be pretty bummed assuming it was done. Cost of an alula unit- definitely worth resuscitating it.

That leading edge seam construction is a mess. Double folded seam and lots of glue. These repairs take a lot of time. Jeff you might mention the amount of time this takes. Nice job.

What are you using for the stitching as in nylon uv resistant nylon or dyneema fabric dyneema etc...?
