Beautiful Hermoupolis, Syros island | Omilo

Every Summer, since 2005, Omilo organizes Greek Language and Culture Courses on the Cycladic island of Syros. The capital of the island is Hermoupolis, a beautiful town. More info at

The island has 20,000 inhabitants and during the summer, the population grows to 35,000.
It is possible to fly to Syros, from Athens airport, but most locals and visitors arrive by boat to the port of Hermoupolis.
