RECIPES:

Bunny Bum Cake Balls
Strawberry Cake
10 large strawberries, diced small
1 tablespoon plus ¾ cup sugar
1 tablespoon plus 1 ½ teaspoons water
1 ½ teaspoons corn starch
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
2 large egg whites
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup whole milk
Decoration
¼ cup American buttercream
2 bags (12 ounces each) super white Candy Melts
1 bag (12 ounces) pink Candy Melts
10 mini marshmallows
White non pareils

Carrot Cake Cookies
1 cup all purpose flour
¾ cup packed brown sugar
1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup rolled old fashioned oats
¾ cup finely grated carrot
¼ cup pecan pieces

Cream Cheese Drizzle
3 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Garden Cake
Chocolate Cake
¾ cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup + 2 ½ tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 ½ tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Chocolate buttercream
2 cups American buttercream
½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Ro this is for you....I just wanted to say thank you so much for all the hard work that you have put into this, al.of your hard work has made me continue to bake and to try more challenging stuff and it is all because of you.
