Bottom Line: The Government has no Constitutional obligation to govern, and certainly no obligation to govern well.
Citizens, however, have the absolute obligation to abide by the Government's laws no matter how inequitably they are enforced.

Thanks Gorsuch! Yes, it is. This nincompoop is a foot faulter, he argues on points of absence of the law as opposed to enforcing because it is law. In other words, demerits are given to the PRESENCE of the law.

The more standing hearings I hear the more I think it actually isn't fixing anything. It requires both sides to show up anyways. So it would make more sense to start the trial properly and if the judge thinks it is a waste of time then have the lawyers explain why he or she shouldn't dump it.
