There is a very important statement made in the FBI Memo 6751, dated 1945 - Round Robin Brahmanical treatise. You reviewed the 1947 Red Robin and it might not have been stated then. The 1945 Memo states...there are 7 EARTHS all nested, interpenetrating and co-mingled. Each EARTH has 7 Tala planes (more material) and 7 Loka planes (more spiritual). So the Brahmanical diagram does show the Tala and Loka layering BUT the key point is the EARTHS. 7 EARTHS

Your definition of intelligence in the plasma makes more sense than other descriptions. The Foo Fighters in World War II were definitely observing us. We only see light on a limited scale. What else is out there that we can’t see?
