Based on the Deon Meyer novel. The show was filmed in South Africa by a South African production company. Frankly, Trackers should be a 3 season minimum show the book gives that much story. But as I started with, it’s a Deon Meyer so that makes the novel tops and he was involved I believe in this project as well.

Must say, as sceptical as I was, watched the first 2 episodes and for once, in a long time, was surprised at how quickly I wanted to watch the 3rd. Good pace, shot beautifully, some iffy acting moments, but intrigue and character attachment attained. Look forward to the rest

As someone who has lived for one year in Cape Town this was a lot of fun to watch. Cape Town is, after all, a perfect place to film a series or a movie like that. Its a shame its not more common for Hollywood to film there. The scenery like the table mountain or the ocean could have been used more in the plot though. Maybe that was a budget issue. The plot itself is entertaining, although it has some minor flaws. I highly reccomend you give this show a chance!!

I’m watching the series on Apple TV.
The Dutch translation is as hilarious as it is irritating…
Maybe they used some sort of budget A.I. I don’t know but I’ve never seen a translation as bad as this.
Where’s the quality control at Apple TV..?

Literally everything in the trailer. So its gonna be a bad guy getting hunted by police and because of legal issues they can't get him..idk boring
