I'll admit, I do like pancakes for breakfast, but I'm more keen on biscuit's and gravy for breakfast with bacon, hashbrowns and either scrambled eggs or eggs over medium (depends on my mood when I cook).

Your Mexican breakfast reminds me way my great grandma make it and was born in Mexico and this reminds me what she made for breakfast and she gets up at 5am to serve breakfast at 9am 😊

I recently made my own French-style cultured butter and it was super fun and tasty! Guga, at a Mexican breakfast in Mexico, statistically, for true results, the tortillas must be made of nixtamalized corn, freshly made, and the beans must be black, try it this way.

I made steak and eggs for dinner and me and my girlfriend couldn’t take it down that night so I saved up the leftovers to have them for breakfast the next morning and it was an absolutely amazing breakfast. I had a ton of energy and I felt amazing.

I think I have seen a couple of other people mention it, but I throw in my vote for a Filipino breakfast! Personally, I'm most interested in the Guga special as someone who has a very high protein intake requirement!

In the Guga breakfast, i suggest cooking the steak, and THEN cooking the egg portion while the steak rests. This way the egg stays warm.
