Hello Alicia. I watch your videos on YouTube and u inspired me to take action into investing. Not to make a long story I'm asking for some advice. I been meeting with sellers and I believe there subject to deals. I got all the information needed for 2 out of 5. I'm just starting off I want to keep one to create a portfolio but I have NO money! And I'm nervous about steps I need to take after the first 3 steps (talk with seller, got details, and view the properties personally). If by change we can discuss more about the possible deal I will definitely appreciate it. I will love to make a testimony video for your page as well. Thank you for your time.

Just found you. Listened and subscribed for more. I'm RE Broker in CO who has been doing PM for 25 years and woke up one day, decided these should be my deeds. When I see that statement in black and white, it seems absurd that im just getting that.
Oh well never too late reinvent ones self. Looking forward to yoir videos.

Loving the realness of your content Alicia. I'm going full force into this now after studying for the past year while working 2 full time jobs. i been laid off from both so i have to go all in while on unemployment. There is an upcoming wave of default and i live in CT where landlords are capitalizing on the exodus from NYC, yet at the same time there are tons of pre forclosures on my area. I currently have very little capital and that i have i'm investing on my contracts and LLC. Is it feasible to tie properties subject to without having the capital to fix the pass due owe mortgage to the bank?? is my only option just finding people who owe very little? i know you talked about mortgage mods but i need a bit more info on those if you may please. anything would be appreciated thank in advance

Hey Alicia! great info. Also I wanted to say thanks for replying to my other questions. I've undergone intense research on the topic at hand, I have strong charisma ( good talking game they say...lol), I currently work as an Account Manager (sales). I feel like I'm ready to go fishing. But I really need a mentor who's willing to show how to set sail. I know for a fact, once I land my first deal, it's pretty much uphill from there with me. I'm asking simply if you would get me over this hump lol. thanks!!

Hi Alicia! Wow two videos in a week, you're on a roll! :P So I bought your class and I'm just at the beginning, but you mention you're from Toronto, Ca., But you live and buy/sell in the states. See I live in Canana (Quebec), and I was wondering if the laws are the same, I mean, I figure they're pretty similar, but do you know if I'll be able to apply everything you're teaching? Thanks! :)

Do you always rent or lease option your subject to's or do you sometime sell outright?

People are saying that the only way I can do Lease Option OR Owner Carry is if my mortgage is paid in full or I own the property free and clear.

What if the seller doesn’t feel comfortable with subject-to for fear of the buyer being late or missing payments, thereby effecting the sellers credit, etc.... ?
