Picked up a used Royal Blue Custom 24 SE (2013) at Brian's Guitars in Hamden CT for $400 a couple of weeks ago! It was in pristine shape, not a scratch or ding on it! I don't even think it was played by the original owner. The plastic cellophane was still on the electronics and tremolo cavity covers! As soon as I pulled it off the wall, I knew I was going home with it! Plays fantastic! It is my favorite guitar to play now, I absolutely love it! Thanks Paul for being an inspiration in the guitar world!

Paul you've brought the excitement of innovation back to guitars. I can't wait to see what you guys at PRS come up with next. IMO The best guitars in the business at every level.

I have a PRS SE Custom 24 and what I can tell you is that it's amazing. I would recommend it to anybody.

These are the good things:
1. Versatile!
2. Stays in tune
3. Sound is good specially with the option to split coils
4. Hardware is solid
5. Looks beautiful! The birds give it life.
6. My initials are SE, so everybody thinks that PRS manufactured it just for me!

Bad things:
1. NONE
2. You dont have one haha...

Paul, I like a lot of great guitars, but I have loved my (many over the years, SEs, Standards, USA SCs, Customs, Tremontis, and Santanas), Paul Reed Smiths. (Current partner: CE24 Maple/Mahogany, lost loves:1980 West Street Limited, and a particular '11 Tremonti in Black Gold Quilt...only sold those two because I had to!) The thing with Paul's guitars is this, with most builders, there are occasionally guitars that have a special magic, with PRS, every single one of them is magic.

By far some of the best guitars!  Unfortunately, my 6 month old Custom 24 already needed a new nut and work on the bridge....  But my guitar tech is awesome!!!
