We found out that Lancôme offers shade matching custom foundation at Nordstrom, so we had to go check it out!

And - HIT THAT BELL!

"Le Teint Particulier" is just as fancy as it sounds!! The experts at Lancôme scan your face, send that info to a very high-tech machine and then create a one-of-a-kind foundation that is unique to you. There are so many ways to customize your bottle - including naming it! So clearly, we had a ton of fun doing this.

I work at Sephora & that scanner looks just like the Color IQ machine we use. Very similar concept except the Color IQ then tells you your perfect shade in various brands. It’s pretty spot-on!

Did anyone realize how the foundation the machine created, only filled up the tube half way? & bc it mixed it together it looked like it was completely full?

when she swatch on drew face, i thought the foundation was bit lighter than her skin.. but it blends her skin very well.. the only thing i don't like it is the price is crazy expensive

ALSO, what if someone who have redness or acne skin, will that effect the color of the foundation?

Jill, the reason people normally recommend concealer after foundation is because you are concealing the spots that need more coverage. Once you apply the foundation, you can see the areas that need to be more concealed and use your concealer.

Has no one ever used to foundation matcher Sephora has? It literally matches you to your exact shade in every single one of the foundations they have in the store. Most costing much less than $90
