Weird, in the body cam footage his shorts were a dark green color. I know night vision cameras work different but these shorts look white or light colored

The firm conclusion one reaches when viewing the video is the SanFran police department is completely incompetent. Don't even bother calling them if somebody assaults you. They will stand around and watch.
