This is the Hatsune Miku "LAM Rock Singer" figure from Tokyo Otaku Mode

The figure features Miku in a cool punk rock style outfit with a large pink guitar, metallic effect jacket and skirt, spiral twintails and 2 long antennas.

Designed by LAM, who is also known for the Magical Mirai 2023 design as well as the colourful outfit from the "Catch The Wave" PV.

The guitar and skirt can each be removed allowing for a combination of different appearances.
