i think hannah was sexually abused judging how uncomfortable she looked when wearing the revealing clothes. also in one of the shots, her eyes are pure white which means she's dead. I think her soul got transported in a game somehow and she's self-aware which is why she begs the viewer (or the player?) to help her, but the player keeps making her wear revealing clothes which is why she tells the player to "please stop" and "why are you doing this to me" and other lines similar to those.
