Love is a willing of the other as other. For God to will our divinity, which became a mere a spark at Fall instead of dazzling light before the Fall, and reveal to us our true dignity and worth is the highest good of God. But he had to pay the price, freely n willingly--and that's the highest kind of love. "U r redeemed not with gold or sliver but with the Blood of Jesús Christ" said St. Peter. The life of God, revelad in the love of Christ, is our última redemption.

Another way to look at this is thinking about how all humans are 100% the child of their mother and 100% the child of their father. We aren’t 50/50.

It’s amazing to think that the Blessed Mother was carrying around (half of?) the human body of Jesus Christ within her body since the day she was born. In fact, her ovaries were developing while she was still within St. Anne’s womb so we might possibly say the same for her mother, at least for a short time. It’s worth thinking about. It’s a reminder to me of the depth of God’s love for us that the Son surrenders Himself into our hands in such a fragile way, in obedience to The Father.

Understanding this grows and matures as the human moves thru the cycle of life. So is it with much of our Christian Faith. For me it means always reading Holy Scripture-never finishing.

The Dialogue spoken by Saint Catherine of Siena while in trance describes in great detail how Christ is, wholly God and wholly man. Except the teachings have one major issue... the dialogue is mostly plagiarised from the Bhagavad Gita, filling in the Christian doctrine of Christ from that of Krishna and Arjuna.
