Our client has the following process. First, Leads are created from Open Channels, then the managers lead the client thought the stages and then convert Leads into Deals in Kanban View.
Then managers create Invoices in the 1C accounting system and this trigger the process of creating a Deal in Bitrix24.
It turns out that two Deals already exist for one client. One Deal is created from Leads and Open Channels, the second from 1C accounting system.
The task arose to combine these two Deals to one Deal without losing the history and important information on both Deals. This video describes a case study of how we did it for our client.

Hello my name is Emin Mamedov, I'm
representing Company IT-Sputnik, and in this video
0:00:05
I will show you how we have done development for one of our client. For the deal
0:00:12
merging. Sometimes it's necessary to merge several deals to one deal. In our case, two
0:00:18
deals in one deal. For example, you have a deal from open channel and email and you're running through
0:00:25
stages and accidentally find out that this is the same contact but with a different history
0:00:32
or any other cases. For example, in this particular client, we have a deal created from
0:00:40
1C, this is an accounting system and another deal got from lead which is created from the open
0:00:50
channel what happened is that they created a lead from the output channel. Run it for the stages
0:00:56
then convert that to video but then he
created invoice in 1C, he did not create
0:01:05
invoice in Bitrix, and that one invoice
credit 1C triggered a deal creation inside of the
0:01:15
Bitrix, and then somehow you need to combine the two deals to one. But, also you need to
0:01:22
have a history from deal which you created from open channel, and also you need to have
0:01:32
invoice created in 1C. So, we'll show
you that in more detail in that video.
0:01:47
So, for that particular client let's come to lead section from open channel then they run in here
0:01:55
for the stages and convert lead to deals. In deals, he runs to stage new and preparation of the documents
0:02:04
but then, he create invoice in 1C accounting system, that invoice from 1C trigger
0:02:15
a deal creation inside Bitrix. So, in fact he got one lead in a preparation document stage and,
0:02:24
one lead in invoice stage. So, we need to combine two deals with invoice, and some information from 1C,
0:02:35
in that stage and the history of communication to the client from that stage. So, let's demonstrate
0:02:44
that procedure. So, for example we got test lead, "test deal in docs preparation stage".
0:03:01
and also, we got another deal, "test deal from 1C".
0:03:15
and also we need to
0:03:21
identify that the deal came
from 1C accounting system,
0:03:29
because that Boolean Field will set up
automatically as yes when you created from 1C.
0:03:42
Okay. So, we got to use and in documents, for example, we got some history here,
0:04:03
and also for example, we've got some history
0:04:07
some information actually in that case, from 1C. So, let's put some information here.
0:04:20
Okay. Then, we are selecting two
deals, and then we got a new pop-up
0:04:34
which says "Merge" So, click on "Merge" and it says "Two Deals Merged Successfully" so we're closing
0:04:44
that, and when we come to that deal,
we can see that both commands in one deal. So,
0:04:51
in that case we did not delete that
automatically because we give a chance to the
0:04:57
manager to double check information from all deal. But, actually we can do that automatically as well.
0:05:08
So, that's it actually if you like that video click "Like". If you got some questions regarding
0:05:13
that video please place your comments under that video and thank you very much for watching!
