The location is good and the building has valuable amenities. The rooms and closets are large. Upstairs seriously needs one of those closets to be made into a bathroom! I can see someone tripping down that spiral staircase in the middle of the night. I guess it's a good kitchen, but we barely glimpsed it.

Do you have a new camera? Lately we've seen everything too close-up, few chances to get an overall view of an entire room. BTW, I hope your comment about pets is a typo. "Unfortunately, pets are allowed." Do you really dislike them? ;-)

You need to slow down a bit. Stand more in the middle of the room and put up the graphics. Because when you move the camera down, you go up too fast. It's not a race.

Loving this Penthouse and the upstairs living space. The little room with the refrigerator in it, does it serve as second kitchen?

I Love this space. I hate that they don’t accept pets . That building is legendary so close to union square and spots in the East & West village . The fridge was outside during the summer for entertainment . Great showing man.
