Does it have audio of the passages and the notes ? Can the notes be highlighted?

I had to buy this product for $19 and it is so hard to use. It never asked me to sign in or sign up but the tecarta part did ask me to sign in. I don’t know where I am and how to utilize it. It’s confusing. Help
