Private Memorial Service Held At Prince's Place Of Worship

Three weeks after his death, a private memorial service is taking place for Prince at the place where he worshipped, Nina Moini reports. WCCO 4 News Weekends - May 15, 2016

Not surprised this church "sprang" for a nice program for the fans, and that the service featured Larry Graham, as he managed the Prince "account" for the Jehovahs Witnesses to whom he had delivered Prince when he was vulnerable over the loss of his baby and the end of his marraige in the mid 90s.Wonder how much Prince gave them since then.

I liked Prince as a musician and a singer, but I don't like how this memorial service was held. I believe he was given preferential treatment because of his social and economic status. Would a "private" memorial service be held for a regular Witness? I think the memorial should've been held inside a stadium where thousands of Witnesses could've attended, not just a few of his family members and celebrity friends. I'm not necessarily opposed to private memorials for immediate family members, but I don't think a place of worship is appropriate for that. While I'm not opposed to private memorials for immediate family members, there should also be a public memorial especially if Prince was a JW.
