First of all, jitter clicking has never been proven to cause arthritis; According to the mayo clinic, there are many causes for arthritis. Computer and mouse use IS NOT one of them. Wear and tear arthritis, otherwise known as Osteoarthritis, is caused almost exclusively by intensive physical labor and accidents or injuries involving sports. Another cause: VIBRATING POWER TOOLS. So unless you are able to click at the power of a jack-hammer, arthritis WILL NOT be caused by jitter clicking. That being said, jitter clicking *COULD* cause carpel tunnel because carpel tunnel can be caused by any repetitive activities involving the finger and the wrist, this means that whatever clicking method you use, you could catch carpel tunnel it just has to be over a long period of time, lets say you're using the pc for like 8-9 hours a day could cause carpel tunnel and yes, butterfly clicking could cause carpel tunnel. Also, jitter clicking does not speed up the process of carpel tunnel at all, in fact, because of the movement involved in jitter clicking you're actually causing less damage to your wrist then when you are clicking normally (that is, considering you use your arm to aim instead of your wrist).

Luckly though, they are a few easy exercises that you can do to prevent carpel tunnel, if you want to know more about that:

Where are your citations? You can't just say 'jitter clicking causes arthritis' without any source, you might as well have said 'jitter clicking causes you to spontaneously combust'. Do some research before making guesses and then posting a video on it.
