That's the version my friends and I used to dance back east! Love it. 🙂

Yep This is our version at our club in Ohio. LOVE doing it!!! One of my faves ❤ Especially because while some of us did it in lines in the middle of the floor, other people did it by forming a circle around us and doing it on the outside. It was cool. 😊 (And we stomped our boots for the first 20 beats, music only-just before the lyrics)

The old school one that this resembles had a few more steps. It had a step step kick. Maybe it’s the steps you take at the end of the cycle? It was a super fun aerobic dance workout if you do it big - in the 90s lol.

The tempo of the dance doesn’t fit the music very well. Used to do this years ago and paused the first 8 counts and it fit better

I'll try this because it does look fun.

No one counted this and they started on the wrong beat, which makes the rest of the dance end on the wrong note.

While I love all the effort put forth in dance video performances & tutorials- It is unfortunate when things take away from your work. The central gal or point focus dancer has her feet completely covered so that the footwork cannot be watched for performance or learned if a tutorial- add tap heals to allow feet to be free - the pants are too long & draw attention to a slurry sound-instead of crisp - this is a BOLD song!! Be strong and Bold...no sliding across the floor in socks! Show us the difference- it will be AMAZING!!-AND-the style of movement is not working with the pattern of movement you gals are displaying. The jump/stomps are such beat driven steps...The steps should have a count rhythm pattern that is on beat with the music- keep perfecting- you will find it!!
