Sir you are absolutely genius. I have understood the topics like never before.
With due respect I have a question.
The constitution itself says that these principles (I, e DPSPs) are fundamental in the governance. Do your goodself think that just like what Supreme court did in appointment of judges case when it came with a wider meaning of the word "consent of chief justice" to the 'concurrence' of CJI in judicial appointments, in the same way S.C. can intervene and make DPSPs binding on govt by giving wider meaning and scope to the phrase "fundamental in governance".
As your goodself is practicing law.

manhole labour by men is clearly a violation of article 39(f), no person willingly would agree to do such job until unless theres an economic nescessity, why is it so that state still appoints human for such a lethal work even when the provision is given in our contitution????

sir, Artcile 39 (b) and (c) are exceptions mentioned in Article 31 C ?
But you said Article 39 (e) and (f).
so I am confused sir. kindly clear this.
