Baked Crayfish Thermidor | Perima's Kitchen Recipe!
Best served with a crisp salad & garlic bread

Ingredients:

Preheat your oven to 180c
Drizzle of Olive oil
500g cleaned Crayfish B.Nagiah’s
Fresh Lemon
Cracked Black Peppercorn
Salt
Drizzle of Olive oil

Put in the oven for 10mins at 180c degree Celsius

A heaped tbs of Butter
Half a tsp of Ground Garlic
1 tbs of Flour
1 tsp of Dijon Mustard
2 tbs of Double Thick Cream
Dash of Milk
Cracked Black Peppercorn
Salt
2 tsp for Parmesan Cheese
A pinch of Sweetener of choice (I used a pinch of Brown Sugar)

Sprinkle with Parmesan
Garnish with Fresh Parsley

Grill for 2-5mins
