It’s like Nike bought converse just to lock it up and throw away the key, I wish they would release all the OG color ways of the weapons, also there were a few pair of Rodman converse I would like to have and of course the Larry Johnson Aero Jams

I love the weapons, just not THAT midsole

To whom it may concern. I do agree with you. They need to bring back the original way it was made and just give it more bounce inside of the tennis shoe itself. Lifestyle is good it's nothing wrong with fashion. But give us the original and take that chunky ass Soul off of it and give it more bounce inside. Good health is good wealth with God thank you

It’s INSANE with this hyper retro nostalgia age we live in right now we aren’t getting THE og WEAPON in all the colors. What is converse doing?

They can just put in a removable insole like the Kobe's for the cushioning...keep the aesthetic same with a little update.

When Converse was customizing a few years ago I recreated the Magic Weapon color way, but replaced the purple with royal blue to make a Dubs version. Came out saucy.

In 1987 I had the black weapons, blue ones green ones and the laker color way

I know the original weapons were a basketball ball shoe, but I activated used it constantly as a skateboarding shoe. It was the perfect high top!!!

I had the "true to form" retros from 2009 and honestly they weren't done very well either. They felt like bricks on your feet and they use a lot of synthetic leather on the tongue and collar that made them less comfortable. They also didn't necessarily fly off the shelves back then either. I don't mind these, as a matter of fact picked up a pair.
