The game planning for Ed Reed is one of my favorite nfl film cuts ever.

I can't stand the media narrative of "Who Made Who". Bill was known as a brilliant defensive master long before Brady sniffed an NFL football. They made each other great. Tom made Bill's life easier by solidifying the QB position, and Bill gave Tom the defenses to mitigate opposing high-flying offenses particularly in the postseason. Peyton said they were the 2-headed monster. You usually had to beat them both to win. Why can't we just freakin appreciate that rare combination.

“We made some progress today” in a 59-0 blowout. Gotta love Bill

One of the greatest and most underrated moments between Belichick and Brady, was that blow out loss on Monday night against the Saints, back in 09. It shows Belichick recognizing Brady as the number one leader of the team, and he can vent on Brady.

“Gotta lock in now laser focus”
That is the greatest quote I’ve heard from Tom

From the 54th player on the roster spot in 2000 to becoming the G.O.A.T. This will be an emotional and weird homecoming.

Love how Bellichick and Gregg Popovich are so similar in their mannerisms and way of coaching, "team first" mentality and just so happen to be two of the greatest coaches in their respective sports history. Speaks volumes.

The way Tom speaks about the sport. It's so passionate. I really can't see him do anything other than becoming a coach when he retires.

You’ve gotta love the openness of their relationship, when Bill was just talking aloud to Tom about the teams lack of mental toughness on the road, he was just speaking his mind freely. Great to see

“Instantaneous ” is the key word. Brady processes everything so quickly that all he needs is a few seconds to make the throw to the mismatch.

You can’t convince me these guys don’t love each other

Man, this is pure joy. So lucky to have watched this for 20 years.

8:48 is why Bill is the greatest of all time. He takes the responsibility, he knows what needs to be done, he doesn't blame. That's someone I'd follow into battle, someone who understands the situation and knows the solution without attacking anyone.

Remember being a kid and waking up Sundays to watch these 2 do their thing, life was good

I love the clip of Brady and Belichick talking about how to attack the Ravens. I wish there was more footage like that around the league even if it's years after the fact. Thanks for posting. Great video!

As bad as they want to stick it to each other,
I bet they miss each other.
Ghosts of the future.
Living legends.

You know what’s even crazier. Tom was around the greatest coach of all time, one of the greatest receivers of all time. He’s been surrounded by some of the best at their respective positions… and he still performs at the highest level. He attracts the best to play for him. He’s a walking scouting team, and he earned that with his work ethic and dedication to his craft.

Man I LOVE that old Pat's throwback uni so much. Wish the NFL would allow more than just one helmet design per season again. Screw the nike color rush stuff, I miss the full throwback unis. Most of them look better than their teams' current unis anyway lol
