The instrument played is called a Hang. It is a hand crafted instrument made in Switzerland since the year 2000. The music is by the Hang Massive duo, Danny Cudd and Markus Offbeat.

Both Danny and Markus have been students of Short Moments and the founder, Ziji Rinpoche for many years. Ziji Rinpoche is a formal lineage holder of the Nyingma Dzogchen lineage. Root teachers are H.H. Minling Trichen Rinpoche and Venerable Wangdor Rinpoche.

I remember my substitute teacher playing this for us when I was in elementary school. I'm about to be a senior in high school now. I come back to listen to this every so often. Still as ethereal as the first time I heard it.
