How to unlock 2nd mystic arte - Tales of Arise

I just rechecked everything and yes you DON'T have to beat the game first to unlock the 2nd mystic arte, to be exact you can max bond after you land on Rena where fast travel to Dahna is available again.

I tried to max bond before going up to lenegis and unfortunately cannot be done :(

Guys how do you do the 2nd mystic artes like it says use different artes in overlimit to get a 5 combo hit and then press the two out of these three buttons Triangle, X, Square. But everytime i tried it with alphen he just does his first arte any idea what im doing wrong ?

You don't need to clear game.just bond

miss the grade system now it lack replayability. you can unlock everything in the game in 1 playthrough.

damn l need to know how to actuallu use Alphen 2nd mistyc art. It says two diiferent skills before pressing 2 skill buttons and before a 5+ hit combo and so far lve just done it once after gettiung it in my first try without even knowing the requirements, then never again ftw

Unlock them and then never be able to actually use because they don’t actually ever work
