The opening guitar part is pretty tricky as well. I remember trying to learn it years ago, and it took me close to a week not only to get the pattern memorized, but to also play it up to speed. Crazy, crazy levels of musicianship in that band for sure.

Can’t wait to get a double bass pedal. Was thinking the bass parts for this could become easier with an ergonomically appropriate heel toe pattern. I recommend practicing paradiddles but with your feet . (Ex Right foot = RF, left toe = LT) try straight sixteenth notes to this pattern: RH-LT-LH-RT—Repeat…I hope this helps. I’m but a few years into drumming. I like the song
