Hi joe, great workout. I’ve been thinking about the wheel of fortune and have come up with another idea. Why not write down all the exercises and but them in a hat, pull out the paper and guaranteed to not do the same exercise 😂 just a thought!! Just done Monday's workout with my son William. We love the spin the wheel even if it always seems to land on the same exercises which are a killer. Squat jumps make your legs go dead!
