If they were not paying for a Special Prosecutor, in Karen Read's case, they could afford staff. It is a disgrace doing half days. Defendants have to wait so long for justice. And the cost for attending is an extra expense, to drag it other more days.

I have been listening since opening and the doctor admitted he strangled his wife I said from the beginning I would listen to both sides but this trial is to determine 1st degree or 2nd degree murder, not if he is innocent or guilty but the degree of guilt.

So far no evidence has been presented of a planned and deliberate act, i.e first degree. If Prosecutor doesn’t have more I am not sure why they didn’t charge him with lessor degree of murder, cause he isn’t disputing he killed her, and going to trial is just wasting tax payer time and money.

The love of money was on both sides and honestly if Doctor Death didnt want anyone taking hes money he shouldn't nhave gotten married but he knew that BS because this was not hes first marriage.
