The problem for Tate is that he lives his life as if he was the "character" he is meant to be playing. Now, that may not meet the necessary legal requirements but this is where "law" and "justice" split.

Of course, they're going to argue that his many public admissions aren't evidence that he actually committed the crimes that he has detailed. But, claiming that he's just playing a character requires extraordinary gullibility.

I was a Police Officer, Investigator and worked as a contractor for DHS. This is one of the worst lawyers I have ever seen and he is going to jail.
