At the minimum it has to have everything that RDR2 was capable of, R* themselves stated specifically about GTA 6, "With every new project we embark on, our goal is always to significantly move beyond what we have previously delivered".

Hope if they can add up more features in online mode
1. seasonal items like clothing, furniture and cars which is only available for a season this will boost up online auction features.
2. room and house editing features, where we can add unique paintings and furniture in our houses.
3. I like this fightclub feature but they can also give team battle options.
4. `mini games like fishing, horse riding, horse racing with rewards
5. uneven pricing of properties, cars and item. if they keep increasing the price of high demanding properties and cars. it will surely help online players in auctions.
6. jobs are least rewarding option in gta ever but they can make certain jobs more rewarding like hacking or gun seller, obviously they have to pay the training fees to get this job.
