I have a real issue with the so called journalist that continually confuse "make their case" with "present their case" The case is not "made" until the verdict is in. IE The defendant was found not guilty, the defense team "made" their case. or The defense team "presented" their case to the jury. Sloppy journalism is not acceptable, a higher standard is necessary for the protection of integrity.
