Nice Video!! If property investment of $250K is needed before you get approved is that not a substantial risk? Can you buy a property in a tourist visa?
What will be the interest if invested in bonds?

You missed to mention a very important point. Thailand does not allow foreigners to own land. You can buy an apartment but not own the land that its on. Could you please elaborate on this.

If i have passive income from past 2 years with my 2.5 crs portfolio, now If we invest 2 to 2.5 crs in bonds or property, i wont have passive income anylonger will they allow or not. Should i invest 2.5 crs in bonds or property and continue to have passive income to meet requirements? Atleast 5crs networth needed?
