Whoever disliked this video is crazy. You help so many people find new artists and bands to enjoy.

Hey Mazzy, great list, well done! Thought I add a few things hopefully for your benefit along with your viewers.

Firstly, mentioning the late, great David Roback, the first Rain Parade album Emergency Third Rail Power trip and the Opal album Happy Nightmare Baby absolutely top psych records.

A couple of bands that appeared on the Elephant 6 label, Olivia Tremor Control 'Dusk At Cubist Castle' and 'Black Foliage' excellent psych records and their label mates Apples in Stereo with 'Tone Soul Evolution' and 'Her Wallpaper Reverie' which I'm sure you'll love.

On a more rock/ psych theme an album that I thought was simply amazing was Dead Heavens 'Whatever Witch You Are' from Walter Schreifels a guy who came out of the punk/ hardcore scene but has experimented with all kinds of music, I'm sure you'll love this one.

My favorite video you've done so far Mazzy.... Obviously hits my age (Gen X Born 1971) perfectly. Love that you kicked it off with Dukes into XTC. Early Echo is definitely Psych... Nice call on World Party too! Damn Karl Wallinger is a beast. I am a bit surprised I didn't see any bands from the Elephant 6 Collective (Apples in Stereo, Olivia Tremor Control, etc) get a mention. Anyway great video hitting my wheelhouse. Keep it up.

I guess the one thing about psychedelia is that everyone has their own trip, that's what makes it interesting, on a musical level anyway.

Hi Mazzy, I always look forward to all your videos. I always learn something new, and you make me appreciate music I would never have known about but for your videos. I love your zest for everything you showcase. Happiness, Cindy

Wow! Thanks - Sadies are great. Carrying me through a Monday morning workday. Recommend Spacemen 3 be added to your stellar list.

Innerspeaker is the first album Tame Impala (Kevin Parker) released. Very 60s nostalgic and psychedelic, I highly recommend you check it out, hardly any of the electronic beats and music he would later start making. ✌

Mazzy, the best Primal Scream album to check out for Psychedelia is Screamadelica. An absolute masterpiece from 1991, the artwork is amazing as well. Also have a look at Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space by Spiritualized, and Loveless by My Bloody Valentine, two of the greatest records ever made. Love the channel, keep it up!

That Verve album you were holding up is actually A Storm In Heaven. Both those albums are incredible.

Thanks for sending me back to that Love & Rockets album. It's been in the collection since it came out but unfairly dismissed at the time, I'm getting it now.

Thanks Mazzy, awesome stuff. Here's another suggestion, Black Angels. From Austin Texas, in reverence of the 13th Floor Elevators, which shows from their cover art to their drone-like music. First three albums are essential, especially Passover (debut album from 2006) and Phosphene Dream. Spread the word!

I have been listening to you for a few months....finally subscribed. Thanks for expanding my music options and doing such a great job on these videos. This is one of of my favorites. One band that I really like that would probably fall into this category is The Dead Weather. Thanks Mazzy!

Mazzy is once again showing us his diverse love of music. 😀
I saw the Psychedelic Furs supporting Iggy in Feb 1980 here in London.
What a lucky boy I was!

Check out the album Spectral Sunshine Parade by Virginia band The Mirrors. It has echoes of The Zombies, early Pink Floyd, and 60s Kinks
