Did you play The Same Game? That was by far my best party game of the year. I also found Champions to be excellent, as the newest in the legendary line of Repos party games.

I’m looking for a trivia game and I’ve heard other recommendations for CDSK but not only is it a terrible title as you note but the art design is so…unappealing. Just can’t do it. I hope they rebrand at some point clearly there’s a good game there.
