I've had mine for about 3 weeks. With the standard 2.5 amphour battery it's got decent power. With the 4 amp extreme duty, it turns into a real heavy duty work horse. 👌

I have the $30 Bauer 3 in corded cut off tool. Besides getting hot quickly it is actually not a bad tool and cuts some pretty thick steel

I want a cordless, brushless 7" paddle grinder for diamond blade use. I use these 4 1/2 - 5" grinders and they do the job eventually, but I want a cordless tool built for the job. I build retaining walls in remote locations sometimes where it sucks hauling a generator and a corded solution up and down steep hills just to cut blocks or caps, and a gas powered saw is too expensive, heavy, and unnecessary for the job. With a Hercules 12 amp battery, a cordless large angle grinder shouldn't be impossible.

I don't like paddle switches. Give me a slide switch or a "rat tail" grinder with a trigger all day every day. I also want 3 positions for the side handle.
