If you loan someone money one time, and they don't pay you back, you don't loan them money a second time, much less multiple times after that. They know you're a sucker, and they'll take advantage of you every time. Also, if someone doesn't have money for gas and food, what makes you think they have the money to repay a loan? Especially when they keep asking for more money for the same things. A smart person would have stopped giving this doofus money after the first two loans were never repaid.
