Even though I’m not that old (41), mom of three amazing kids (10, 8, 5 year olds) unfortunately I’m dying from cancer and this song reminds me how well I’ve lived my life and how your music was always part of it, since I heard you for the first time back in the 80s when I was barely 11 years old. When I was diagnosed my kids where (6y, 4 & 13mo). It has been a pleasure to watch you age so gracefully, I feel proud to have been a fan of yours just because you were never a low and controversial artist, and you were able to show the world you survived fame and family. Thank you for being the best. ❤️

Update: wrote an update down below, on the 4th of Feb, 2021 for those who have been asking, to thank you all, to say I’m fighting this thing with all my might and with the strong conviction of never giving up. I also wanted to sort out the confusion that some think I’m a man, so for the record I’m not a guy 😄

This version has so much emotion behind it. It makes the song even more special for me. It used to be my grandfather's favorite song, he alway played it when I was young. My grandfather was the most important person in my life and he passed away from cancer when I was only 11 years old.
