No gimmicks, no weird voices or theatrics, no cop-outs on hot-button issues to be edgy, just straight comedy. Nate's success is in his refined nuanced simplicity.

The voice is so mellow, easy to listen to. Maybe even like a lullaby. Or the ocean sounds.

This one never gets old! 🤣 Listening to a motivational speaker that said, "Climb you own Everest." And I immediately thought of Nate!!! I 🤣

The wife and I can’t get enough. We tell all of our friends about him and then sit with them while they get to see how funny he is. Keep it coming Nate!

Love Nate ❤. You keep us laughing non-stop. Your stories are so relatable to most of us. My Mt Everest is getting out of bed in the morning 😂

I just saw him in Portland, ME. He’s my favorite comedian and I’m glad I got the chance to see him live.

Love ole NB, he’s one of the best out there. It’s like he’s making it up as he goes along. Truly a talented comedian and I’ve seen probably 90% of his comedy. There may be some things I’ve missed but I’ll probably find it on YouTube!!! 🤣🤣🤣 crazy funny 😆

He reminds me of Jerry, Seinfeld and Ellen DeGeneres. They are both really clean comics. Jerry Seinfeld once said that comics that resort to any kind of obscenity to get a laugh are not truly good comics. He said they’re just not creative enough to observe what is truly funny in life, so they use obscenatives or tell a crass joke to get an easy laugh. I love a comic who is talented enough to make us laugh at ourselves, and all the every day, funny things that happen in our regular lives.

In 2015 my company hired one of those guys as the keynote motivational speaker at a company wide meeting.
He climbed the top 7 highest or top 12 highest, whatever the magical number is for climbers. All without oxygen tanks.
He asked that same question "What's your Everest?"
I think at the time mine was: not ending up on the news for the mass murder of my co-workers.

"Hi, I'm a person of privilege who can take part in privileged activities, like climbing Mount Everest, which means I'm just like you. Do more work."

I used to watch and listen to so much comedy with my husband. But we haven't done anything that I want to do together in years. We do things he wants that I also like. But go to a comedy show? Nah. He doesn't want me to participate in the show, one of the best parts of life standup.

I don’t know how long you were on the mountain😂

You can climb Mount Everest and brag to everyone about it. “Yaaay I didn’t die!”
But you can’t walk home from work at night in a bad neighborhood and call people to brag about how you survived it and then become a motivational speaker.
