Hello Dr. V. In this video, the picture of the hyperpigmentation on the neck, to my knowledge, is a condition called Acanthosis Nigricans. This can be completely cured by just eliminating sugar and carbohydrates from the diet. Insulin resistance is the root cause of this condition.
