The SHOCKING Truth About the Andromeda Galaxy

Показать описание
There are trillions of stars, planets, and galaxies in space, most of which even our most advanced space technology hasn’t been able to capture yet.

But about 2.5 million light years away from planet Earth, there is a spiral galaxy that can actually be seen by the naked human eye.

In fact, it is one of the most distant objects in space that we can actually see with our own eyes, completely unaided.

This close neighbor galaxy has already begun colliding with our Milky Way, and in the near future will merge with it to form a completely new galaxy altogether.

Welcome to Factnomenal, and in today's video we take a journey to the fascinating world of the Andromeda Galaxy, and what the great collision with our Milky Way could mean for life as we know it.

Stay until the end to learn what the mysterious galaxy NGC 474, could tell us about our future.

The Andromedans think they're so good. Well, they've got another thing coming if they think we're going to back down. Just because they have a black hole that's 100-230 million solar masses, and ours is only 4, that doesn't really matter. We've got billions of years to bulk up in the galactic weight room. It's quality that beats quantity every time. They better not get too over confident, or we'll flatten them. Actually, we'll "ellipsetize" them. They'll never know what hit them! So there.

Now im starting to think that there is a certain someone in andromeda galaxy that is making his video similar to this entitled "the shocking truth about MILKY WAY GALAXY"

It’s remarkable a handful of men over the last couple of centuries were able to see and measure the size and speed of our universe with crude instruments. I fine that more outstanding than space itself.

I feel like if every single person on this planet as a citizen of planet Earth, had the opportunity to go up far enough to see our planet from afar, that it would change anyone and make them see the bigger picture, humanity and life on this planet would be better off for it

I'm very sure there are people on Andromeda earth looking at the milky way and getting intrigued.

Andromeda has literally Trillions of Stars and many trillions of planets and moons in it. The chances of some forms of life existing there are simply overwhelming. Pretty much like they are in the other places in the Milky Way too. Whether or not humankind will ever encounter any other alien life remains the big question

Hi, perhaps the merging of the Andromeda galaxy and our Milky Way galaxy is the fulfilment of the prophecy which says: “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth. For the first heaven and the first earth were passed away. And there was no more sea.” Revelation 21.

To quote the great poet, Mr. Spock, "Fascinating.".

Andromeda's Way is an infinitely better name for the future merged galaxies.

Don’t rush out to buy Galactic insurance, just yet.

know what depresses me the most? the fact that space is SO LARGE..and there could be SO MUCH LIFE out there..but i will NEVER see it...we will NEVER travel to it..the distances are just to large.. and even if we could travel the cosmic speed limit.. we could never see it all. its not fair we only live 70 years if we are lucky :(..i want to explore the entire universe damit.

Andromeda galaxy is 2, 5 million light years away ( from the Sun to earth is just 8 minutes).
The visible "now/present" is actually the past from the time Australopithecus Africanus roamed the earth. It's freaking time travel.

I think we should name the new, massive galaxy The Andromeda Way. That sounds far better then Milkdrameda...

4 billion yrs from now. Wow. That's crazy to think about especially when there's no more life on earth, would be start again in a different galaxy? Or will it just end?

Galaxies are almost entirely “empty” space. Their “collision” will happen over millions of years so the effect on any particular star system will be minimal. However the shake up might push one (or both) supermassive black holes into feeding again. If that kicks off astrophysical jets, any life on either galaxy will struggle to exist.
