When high book editor Margaret faces deportation to her native Canada, the quick-thinking exec declares that she's actually engaged to her unsuspecting put-upon assistant Andrew, who she's tormented for years. He agrees to participate in the charade, but with a few conditions of his own. The unlikely couple heads to Alaska to meet his quirky family and the always-in-control city girl finds herself in one comedic fish-out-of-water situation after another. For my thoughts, I enjoyed this hilarious general life movie. From a realization I think this movie shows that a real love dubby relationship takes time perhaps 10 to 15 years. Looking back on this movie, I can obviously see that a simple brother sister relationship is a start/ just friends/ within opposite attraction and then there on to a real one so ya. In addition and overall when ya reach age to 60 70 and 80 ya back to where ya started as a simple brother sis relationship since life changes and more bicker as well just with discrepid bodies/faces
