I visited Ios for the second time in early July and was surprised at how few people there were, especially comparing with Santorini and Milos - the majority of young travellers were Aussies and without them the place would've been near empty. Truly a hidden gem for its beaches, variety of dining in Chora and it's neat infrastructure. Also I've noticed that from a distance, the Chora looks very similar to the one on Serifos! :))
