Was it only me who found it funny that he said, "thanks so much for tuning in"?

Thank you for this video! I thought buffered would’ve meant a duller sound but it’s actually keeping it clearer! Buffer good! 👍🏻

Truly such a good video for anyone who talks about true bypass as being the "best." I'm grabbing this guy soon to get that buffer in my life.

Thank you. I could not figure out why I needed a $150 tuner pedal, but I knew there had to be a reason.

I love BOSS pedals, have a tuner at the start and a looper at the end of the chain. Who needs dedicated buffer pedals just get the two most popular BOSS pedals and you're set.

Great video, thanks! I like the black look, might end up getting it after all.

That's actually a pretty big difference.

wait... i thought all boss pedals were buffered anyway? i never tested it, thats just what i heard. if so, wouldnt this really be all about a true bypass feature? i guess what im asking is... are all boss pedals buffered or not? and if not all, which ones are?

Great video! did you notice any difference in touch sensitivity/dynamics when using the buffer?

Should there be a buffer at the beginning and the end of the chain?Just the beginning?

Thanks brother! I was scared I made a mistake buying this guy. Now question so that I’m sure. When you had it on buffered that’s with the tuner off? Sorry new guitarist here lol. Great job!

More tops through the buffer but it also sounds more compressed. I kinda prefer the straight through sound even though that loss of treble might be considered 'tone suck'.

Thanks for the video.
How does it sounds if you use the tuner in true bypass and the delay in buffered bypass ?

I think I'm going to save the $50 and just get the regular TU-3.

Great video! Is the buffer in this significantly better than the TU3?(huge difference in price) Also, should I just get a dedicated buffer instead like the analogman one?

haha!! prefer the sound thru 50ft of cable hands down! Wish Boss put a buffer disable switch on all their stuff.

The tremble loss is proportional to the length of cable, then how long is the cable you use?

Holly cow! That was not subtle at all. The difference was pretty noticeable. Buffered sounded much better to my liking.

First off thanks for the vid. Obviously ANY buffer can run your signal thru a ton of cable or true bypass pedals etc. and make things bright again. What most of us really want to know is how does the signal with the buffer engaged differ from our guitar plugged with a normal guitar cable ( 10-15 ft ) straight into our amp.
All you did was demonstrate that the buffer works. Not give us a logical point of reference for how it is effecting our tone.
Why not put a few feet of cable on both sides, play, and switch the pedal back and forth from Buffer to true bypass with no breaks or talking in between? Anything other than that really isn't helping much.

Your sound quality on your vid and production is very good btw.
