The funny thing is that in Moscow in 2006 it was common sense that when you want a ride home you just stopped a random car on the streets, told the person where to go, agreed on a price and the person took you home. Nothing ever happened to me, people were nice and kind and prives very low! Only in USA one makes a business out of it because people don't trust each other.
