Cocoyam Flour Fufu or Taro Fufu

Hello everyone, welcome back to my channel I am Armelle Dee. I am sharing with you today one way to make cocoyam fufu on the stove. I like my fufu compact, medium soft and stretchy and this is the "No Fail" way to achieve that texture with the cocoyam flour. This is the way iImake my cocoyam flour fufu to get the consistency my Togolese Grandma likes. I topped this fufu with goat meat pepe soup.

This is just another simple way to make your cocoyam fufu home.

For ingredient you will need:
- 2 cups of Fufu flour
- 3 cups of Hot water
Instructions:
- Start boiling 2 cups of water on medium heat
- In a bowl mix 1 cup of water with half cup of flour

- Pour the flour mixture into the boiling water.

- Stir and let this porridge boil for about 3 minutes
- Quickly with a good spatula in one hand, keep on stirring the mixture while gradually adding about 1 and half cup of flour.
- Mix really good to avoid any clamping.
You can add flour or water in order to obtain a desired consistency. The key is not to make it too hard, runny or lumpy.
- Cover, let it cook for about 5 minutes, remove and serve with your favorite soup.
