Adding Pictures and Backgrounds into Excel

How to put picture in defined area (300x300 cells) and have a possibility to change the data in cells withot removing or moving the picture all the time?

If you add the illustration as an image and make it transparent so you can still see your cell content will it print? Or is it just for demonstration only?

The transparency works great on the screen, but when I try to print it goes back to full color and you can't see what's behind it. Is there a way to remedy that?

i couldn't find the tab for it. i found all the other tabs however, it seems like the transparency tab is not available for me. is that possible?

I tried doing this, too. But I want the images *inside* the cells so I can copy both them *and* the text and paste it all onto the next page in the sheets. That wasn't working at all. Every time I pasted an image in a cell and clicked on it, the image just disappeared and was still stuck hovering on the page. So can you tell me how I can get this problem fixed and working? :(

I have tried to make an image, light bulb, transparent but it still covers the words and numbers as if it is a piece of paper sitting on top.I know in Word you can place it behind text. I don't have that option in this instance on excel. I am using Office Home and Student 2019
