Omg I just got a new pair of pointe shoes too and UGH they’re a pain to break in (especially because I’m not a professional yet and I don’t break them in as fast)
EDIT: they’re like getting close to dead now without me doing anything different with them 😂 💀

For those who don't know, the dancers do it to make it more comfortable when they stand on their toes and so that the sole is not so hard, but when that wood sounded, I loved the sound LOL
