I've found this machine the best I had in my life (yeah I'm just 24) and cheaper.
I had other expensive beko oven, fridge, but all had functionality problems from the start. Bought cheaper beko, they still running for 2 years with no rust or decay.

My beko 9kg BAW 389 UK is not spinning at the speed it should. This problem just came up recently. How do I fix this?

They have a problem with soap dispenser ....after 4 months conditioner don, t go from the tray ....i hope is easy fix ....

Everything about this machine is great except for the length of the drum clean programme. Why on Earth anyone would invent a programme that takes nearly three hours to clean a washing machine is ridiculous. It should take no longer than however long it takes to fill the machine with 90 degree hot water and drain it out again.
Obviously not your fault so I'm not shooting the messenger. Thanks for a great review. Glad you took on board my comment about not obscuring what you are showing. Please next time also let us see how long ALL the programmes take. In this video you skipped a few. Especially the spin and drain.
Do you know if it is possible to skip in the programmes? What I mean by that is that as is shows the progress on the right hand side, when it has finished the main part of the wash is it possible to simply change the programme to the separate rinse programme and then the separate spin and drain programme. That way one would get a really good wash but a quick ending.
